Contact form
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not used for marketing purposes without separate consent.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Messages from the form are sent directly to the controller's email inbox and are not stored in the site's database. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any further correspondence.
Who we share data with
We use external hosting and automatic website backups stored in the controller's Google Drive account — to that extent, data may be temporarily processed by the hosting provider and by Google as data processors.
Cookies and the directions map
The site does not use cookies to track or profile visitors. Your light/dark display preference is stored only locally in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to the server.
The directions map (Google Maps) on the Contact page only loads after you click the “Show the map” button — only then is a connection made to Google, and Google's own privacy policy starts to apply.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

This policy may be updated periodically as the site changes. The current version is always available at this address.
